APPLICATION:
This T-shirt Heat Press Machine can transfer colorful pictures and characters of sublimating and dissolved printing ink onto ceramics,glasses and textiles such as cotton, flax,chemical fiber, nylon, ect. The machine can also conduct some heat treatments such as hair-planting print, vesicant print and conglutination of cloth lining and cloth under low temperature and low pressure. It can be used for T-shirts, mouse mats,sports clothes,swimwear,bags,scarves ,logo ,umbrella,pillow,socks, jigsaw puzzles, ceramic tiles, ID badges,,vip card,personalized gifts,stone rock painting,rhinestone,flocking,glass,metal sheet,aluminum sheet,and so on.and just about every other flat surface item you may want to dye sublimation for.

2.The machine adopted automatic hydraulic fitting pressure, it can transfer the lower pressure to higher compress pressure.(pressure up to 30kg/cm2).bigger than pneumatic heat press machine.heat press effect is better.
3.It contains two locations, paralleled moving the bottom work tables left and right,very smooth, much more convenient and faster,save labour and time at one time.
4.This machine adopts thicken heat plate to ensure the temperature more equality and steady .ferfect heat press effect.it is economical and practical.
5. The pressure can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material you're transfering to. Including print the ready made clothes and cut pieces ,it can be widely used in the factory mass-production and personalized pyrograph of retail shops.

Read Before operating:
1.Check the voltage before using it. Then turn on the machine and turn on the power supply!
2.Avoid touch the heat press plate when you operating in case be injured.
3.Keep children away from the machine even when the machine is left unused!!!
Operation procedures please note:Users should operate the machine with ground wire connected for safety!
1.Plug in, turn on the power switch, the power indicator lightened.
2.Press the motor start .Adjust the digital Thermostat&timer controller to the proper temperature. When the temperature reach the seted temperature,the red light extinguished,then the operation can start.
3.Set the thermostat to the temperature needed (Normally 120-200ºC),set the timer to the needed.(Normally 5~20Second),then wait for until the temperature has reached the preset temperature.
4.Turn the Auto&Manual Switch to the automatic state ,it becomes automatic,slide the bottom plate to its position.When the bottom plate reach the right place,the machine starts sworking.When the seted time finish,the bottom plate return to the bottom position automatically.
5.Turn the Auto&Manual Switch to the manual state,it becomes manual.That means you should slide the working table to the right place,then press the green manul start switch,then the machine start working.When the seted time come down to finish,the bottom plate return to the bottom position automatically.
6.When the Auto&Manual Switch is in middle state , the machine will not work whether you press the manual start or slide the fabric try to its place.
7.Red round switch is"emergency stop"button,if you press this button,the whole machine will stop working,the heating plate return to the top.If you need restart the machine,turn the red round switch clockwise,the red button will bounce,then the machine could work again.
8..If it is cold-ripping of the transfer paper, please use
blackboard wiper to rub against the whole transfer paper, wait for
5-10 seconds, then rip off the transfer paper. If it is the hot-
ripping of the transfer paper, you can rip off immediately after
printing.
Please Note : Successful print requires right time ,temperature
and pressure ,the thickness of the clothes material ,even the
type of printing paper ,all will affect the performance of
printing .Any kind of sublimation paper need test before mass

MAINTENANCE:
1.As safe transport, the machine do not allowed fill too much oil. When you get the machine ,please add Antifreezing antiwear hydraulic oil. (About 20L )
2. We have finished the adjusting the pressure of the machine before sending the goods .When you indeed to adjust it please adjust it with help of technician.
Pressure:If the pressure is not big enough,Adjust this screw, clockwise to increase the pressure, anti-clockwise to reduce the pressure.(Please note that he pressure dial scale won't beyond 40, otherwise it will broken easily.)
3.Time:When the seted time finish,but the bottom plate doesn't return to the bottom .
1)Check the oil pressure if it is normal.
2)Check the electric wire if it get damage.
4.Temperature:When the seted time finish, and the
machine's indication light is bright,but the heating plate is
not hot,please check the circuit.
