By virtue of adoption of microprocessor programmed control, it features high precision in parameter memory & control and unique touch control panel in China; 3.For the aluminum plates are all upgraded and thickened, the qualitybecomes more secure and he phenomena of uneven base board andcarrying apacity are avoided. The upgrading of quality, material and technology further guarantees the quality; 4.It is applicable for baking cup, baking tray, baking hat, heat transfer clothing T-shirt, it also can be used as the individualized article, integrating artistic appreciation and utility.
READ BEFORE OPERATING: 1. Be careful of the hot heating attachment.
2. Make sure the heating temperature and transfer time are correct and suitable.
3. In order to extend the service life, please turn off the machine for 15 minutes after it is working for 4 hours.
4. Please refer to the directions on the transfers before setting the temperature and time. Since the requirements of material and transfer paper are different.
5. Warm-up time is about 20 minutes to 360F for the first press. Operation procedures 1.Check the voltage before using it.Then turn on the power supply!
2.Plug in,turn on the power switch of machine,the power indicator lightened.
3.Set the thermostat to the temperature needed (Normally 120-200ºC),set the timer to the needed.(Normally 5~20Second).
4.Place the clothes to the main plate,cover the printing paper(please note the right surface of the paper).Press the handle down until reach terminal.
5.When the time come down to over,the buzzer alarms,pull the handle back.
6.If it is cold-ripping of the transfer paper,please use blackboard wiper to rub against the whole transfer paper,wait for 5-10 seconds,then rip off the transfer paper.If it is the hot-ripping of the transfer paper,you can rip off immediately after printing.
Please note :Successful print requires right time,temperature and pressure,the thickness of the clothes material,even the type of printing paper,all will affect the performance of printing.Any kind of sublimation paper need test before mass production.

MAINTENANCE:
1.Pressure:If the pressure is not enough or too large,please adjustable pressure nut,(+)direction of increasing pressure;(-)direction of a reduction of stress.
2.Time:When the time is over,the buzzer does not work or out of order,check the contact of the sensitive switch at the tail of the machine.If it is not proper,adjust it to proper position.
3.Temperature:If the machine has been started for several minutes,there is no heating from heating plate,check the circuit.
4.The machine adopt eccentric bearing,the pressure is not allowed to be adjusted too large,in case cause damage to bearing.
